Pricing

Fixed price. The quote is the invoice.

Two numbers, both on this page, both the same for everyone. You'll know the total before we start and it won't change unless you ask for more.

Multi-location website

£2,500 one-off · no VAT

For two to six locations. Larger groups quoted individually.

  • Home, a page per branch, menu or services, about, contact
  • Copywriting from your material and a photo plan
  • Two rounds of changes, then launch on your domain
  • Half to start, half when live

Care plan

£69 per month · 12-month minimum

So the site stays current, secure and yours to call on.

  • Hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring
  • Up to an hour of changes a month: hours, menus, prices, photos, a new page
  • Changes made within two working days
  • Cancel after 12 months with a month's notice. The site stays yours.

The 14-day promise. If the first draft isn't what you hoped for, say so within 14 days and the balance is cancelled.

What the £2,500 covers

Everything a multi-location business needs on day one.

  • The pages. Home, one page per location (two to six), a menu or services page, about, and contact. More pages are quoted individually; most businesses don't need them.
  • Each location page carries its own address, opening hours (including "open now"), phone number, parking notes, a map and directions, and its own structured data so Google lists the right branch.
  • Words. I write the first draft from your existing site, menus, social media and a conversation with you. You correct, I rewrite. Two rounds are included.
  • A photo plan. I work from your existing photos and tell you exactly which six shots would make the biggest difference. Photography itself isn't included; a local photographer for half a day is usually £250 to £400, and I'll suggest some.
  • Enquiries. Forms for bookings, orders, viewings or trade accounts, sent to the inbox you choose for each branch.
  • Launch. The site goes live on your domain, your email keeps working, and your Google Business Profiles link to the right pages. I show you how to make small changes yourself.
  • Speed and accessibility. Built to load in under two seconds on a 4G phone and to pass accessibility checks, and tested on real phones before you see it.

What it doesn't cover

  • Online ordering, booking engines, apps and large e-commerce. I connect the site to the tool you already use (Square, Squarespace Scheduling, Stripe, your till provider) rather than building one.
  • Photography, video, logos and print. I'll point you to people who do these well.
  • Paid advertising and ongoing search-engine work. The basics are done properly as part of the build; a campaign is a different job.

How payment works

Half when you say yes, half when the site is live. Bank transfer, 14 days. No VAT is charged. Groups with more than six locations get an individual quote on the same basis: a fixed figure, agreed before anything is built.

The 14-day promise, in full

Ten working days after we start, you get a private link to the first draft. If it isn't what you hoped for, tell me within 14 days of receiving it and the second half of the invoice is cancelled. You keep the deposit's worth of work (the words, the photo plan, the structure) to use however you like. In practice the first draft is where the conversation starts, not where it ends, and that's what the two rounds of changes are for.

The care plan

£69 a month covers hosting, the SSL certificate, daily backups and uptime monitoring, plus up to an hour of changes each month: new hours, a new menu, a price change, fresh photos, a page for a new branch. Changes are made within two working days of your email. Once a month you get a short note on what the site is doing for you. The minimum term is 12 months; after that a month's notice ends it, and the site, the domain and the content stay yours.

If you'd rather host it elsewhere after launch, say so and I'll hand over everything with written instructions.
